kink in rear arches

on my ep82 the rear quarterpanels are both kinked and badly dented! when i bought the car it has small dents on both sides nothing much but a year down the line it has kinked and it pulled the panel in with it. i think its when i have people in the back. i have 16 inch alloys and the cars lowered on apex springs could any of this be a problem or do the gts go like this when fully laden?
i dont want to fix it because i know its just going to happen to the new fix up.

You never hear it when you've got people in the back???

It happens when your tire hits the fender.
Thinks you need to fix it:
right size wheels and tires: Wheels: ET38-42 max 7J Tires:195/40/16
Get a adj. panhard rod
Get beter rear shocks, for example koni red or yellow.

it doesnt catch at all i have 195/45/16 could the shocks be gone or the springs worn?ever hear of this b4?

could have, been in a previous accident, and had a poor repair.

sounds like the back quarter panels are full of or made of catty lol and its swelling, watch out rust will be the next culprit
