Lot's of lag.. 0.3 bar at 7500rpm!

Hello quys!
First of all forgive for my English!
Recently i upgrate my turbo set up with a greddy td05h-16g!!
After that i have a lot of turbo lag , as i said 0.3 at 7000 rpm:mad:
The housing of this turbo is different , it has T3 flange and damn it is very big!!
What should i do?To sell the turbo?Try to find other housing?The only housing that i found with T3 flange is from garrett.. Will it fit to td05?

I have external wastegate!
The exhaust housing is uknown i cant find it and the turbo kick's like a train at 0.3 bar..
I google the label of the turbo but i found nothing..
The label writes:
TD05H-16G
PART NO: 16554-17011
SERIAL : 050303019
MFD NO: 49178-03210

thats not a greddy.... apart from that well i cant think of a way that ud get boost so late from a 16g.. check to see if the wastegate is working propperly or if you have a boost leak.

i double check them and still check them but nothing.
After some search i found that turbo is original mhi..

After that i believe that i have big housing that why the lag..
I found a smaller housing from evo1-3 but it has different turbine flange..

I send to seller email and he told me that it will fit to the turbo but it hasn't T3 fitment.. I asked him to tell me the dimension now..
