for the roads around my way i find my tein superstreets about as hard as i want on a spirited drive. for most roads and driving i agree the harder springs would be ok.

i just dont want to make the mistake i did with the D2s and have a car that just isnt any good on the backroads and just bumps everywhere instead of actually handling!

its alot of money for something i may not be happy with :(

ill have a think about it and see.......

how much roughly are a set of track springs on their own matey? say... 8-6 or 10-8?

MeisterR Coilovers Springs are £25 each, so a new set of track springs will be £100.

I also don't recommend going too far from the standard spring rate as you will need the damper revalved to provide adequate damping force for the heavier springs rate.

Don't forget that the springs isn't the only part of the equation when working out how compliant the suspension will be.
The more important factor when it comes to how compliant a suspension will react on uneven road surface is the damper valve.

If you stick a very heavily valved damper with light springs, it will still be extremely uncomfortable as the damping force will prevent the chassis from moving.

We spend alot of time to work out a sensible spring rate along with a matching damping valve, so the Zeta-R won't be "bouncing" all over the place during a spirited drive on uneven roads surface. :)

I'm trying to complete the order process on your website but i can't seem to take out the delivery costs, even with the promotional code? Also, the promotional code reduces it by £95 and not £100 so the total would be £554 + delivery

Right, my mistake.
I have change the code to 1TGTT now and it should work perfect.

It will still charge the £15, but after the code it should be £549 delivered. :)

Yep, it will still be on.

Once the coilovers are in stock (mid - late Jan due to weather), it will be ready for next day delivery. :)

Hi just wondering are these better than BC coilovers???

It is very difficult to justify the word "Better" as it is a personal preference.

What I can say is that the MeisterR Zeta-R are build from the ground up and designed specifically for the EP82 / EP91 chassis.

A lot of research have gone into this coilovers to make sure they delivery the correct ride for UK roads, and give the correct height adjustments for the chassis.

Hey,

im tryinng to place an order on the website, but im confused over the name of the coilovers,
The one on the site is different to the name on here,
there called MeisterR D.C.S. ZETA Coilovers on the site, are they the same set?

Sorry if this is a silly question!

Cheers

Sorry Ross,

I haven't got a chance to update the website yet, the Zeta is the older discontinued series.

The one you are ordering will be the Zeta-R, which is what have been discussed and purpose build for the EP82 / EP91.
