Melted Fuse

why my engine fuse always melted.. i try to replace all and clean the fuse house but its still presist.. do i have problem on electric cable?

That sounds like something is causing it to blow. Trace the fault before it causes bigger problems mate.

EDIT: When the ignition wring shorted out against my steering column in the trackcar the result was a blown engine fuse. Might give you somewhere to start?

thx for the tips Jay, i was planning to shorted the wiring but i don’t know where to start..
is there any chance that the ground wiring on my car not properly attached

Yes, these engines like their earth connections so it's worth going round them to clean each one and ensure a firm contact. Look for any points where the loom is touching the body too. I've seen a few wires rubbed through over time.
