Misfiring at high boost and when u floor the accelerator?

hi my spec is jam ecu,sps 4 branch,ct9 hybrid,zisco screamer pipe,full catback,iriduim plugs,fmic,hks actuator etc running 1 bar!

have a problem with misfiring at 1 bar, but when i slowly accelerate it boosts fine and i looked at the boost gauge was pulling well up to .8 bar etc but when i floor it it misses and boosts but seems wrong!

since it seemed to happenen at high boost i set the actuator to .7 bar and now it pulls fine:confused:

any ideas on whats wrong? is it the leads or could it be my fuel pump?

you have a zisco screamer pipe?.. the one that leaks all the time, sounds like a tractor, that screamer pipe?!

i dont think that would help with the boost anyway mate cause they are a terrible job so they are....

ha ha yes thats the one its actually better than i was expecting on idle its ok its just when giving a small bit of trottle to move forward its sounds terrible lol be a nightmare in traffic

Its ridiculous.... it lets half the exhaust gases out thru the screamer...

Absolutely pointless so it is!!

yeah its a zisco screamer pipe dont think its the problem do!just need to get it sealed up!

sounds mint on boost as i just found out today!

popsy its not the timing as i played around with it today i got the car running sweet! also when u come munster area rep?lol
ps give me a lend of ur leads will ya so i can check is it the leads,i think it could be the fuel pump too so may be time to get a walbra

plugs, leads, dizzy and rotor. when i got mine mapped at .8 it was doin exactly what your sayin. when they went higher i had to have new leads as it was worse. 1 bar i had to borrow a dizzy and rotor as mine was broke aswell. replaced leads, dizzy and rotor an it cured it 100%

id say dizzy cap and rotar arm i had the exact problem about a year ago if you want your timing checked i can do it for ya the weekend as ill be in cork n u can try my dizzy cap and rotar arm too ;)

think he found the problem a split in his king lead and one lead was not pushed down properly , going for spin later to check it out ill give the hybrid my verdict lol

had that problem myself too twas right where you couldnt see it lol ah u wont be impressed by a hybrid lol

he says it boosts about the same as his old td04 i mean whats the point in going hybrid so if ya going to get same lag lol

time will tell anyway :)

aye der must be summit else wrong she should boost nice and early around 3k rpm
