mk1 gt glow panel - badge component

was rooting around earlier in the shed found a glow panel i forgot i had,

the panel is missing the actual gt glow badge centre piece.
does anybody know if theres a part number on these and can they be bought in main dealers?

Discontinued. The lamp unit was only £40-ish from Toyota. Secondhand only from all accounts mate.
