naw its not mate standard ECU in the car for the test, i run a blitz ECU rest of the time. i simply buy a bottle of emissions reducer and put it in the tank, costs about 7 quid. put it in against 10 litres or so drive for a bit, so its in circulation, once it goes threw the test then fill the car up. Every year straight threw.

Mine was std ecu, 5e td04 and was well under. I don't see why even witha. Decat it won't pass

i have a 98 glanza and every year it passes without a CAT.

How do u do that? I mean without a cat the emissions should be well over!

what garage was it mate, cos they got no right to fail you on not having a cat. i can only assume it exceeded the emissions and something got lost in translation?
