My Guest mix from Skank FM (DnB)

I was invited over to the Skank FM studios by a local MC im friendly with, who asked me to appear as a guest on his sunday night show on www.skankfm.com

I was offered the chance to play whatever urban music style I wished, so I took the chance to rinse out the DnB for some fun... heres the results!

I took the liberty of cutting back the show from 2hrs 45mins to just over an hour to keep it concise and to the point. Apologies if my mixing is a little rough - everything in the studio was so so new to me!

im pushing harder than ever at the music, im doing the warmup sets in the club most week, and have a sunday night in the pipeline, playing really relaxed hiphop in quite a swish venue in Belfast, but to push into broadcasts would be brilliant. I was nervous as hell on sunday night past there, the mixer was new to me, the soundsystem unfamiliar, the surroundings, and the pressure knowing Skank has 20k listeners scared me somewhat. I sort of got a wee bit more like myself towards the end, but I think ill just have to chalk it up to a new experience and be less afraid of it next time.
I must hook you guys up with the itunes link to listen online the next time im on - you can even facebook requests in!

I finally gave in to rotary ownership a few weeks ago having needed a larger car to carry my tracks and gear about between venues, plus I have my first niece or nephew due to arrive in the next few months, and I wanted a safe 4 seater to allow me to babysit and take them out for trips when he or she arrives lol!

That's awesome mate, glad to hear your working at something you enjoy and getting closer to the dream! Yyoull have to put that link up next time :) and congrats on the niece or nephew mate :)
