i'm from Austria, and i 'm searching for "vehicle registration certificate".. i think you call it so... I need this things to get my 4e-fte official in Austria...
i do not get this things with my frontcut... So i have a Problem^^

Bottom right is the registration certificate is that not yours????
Is there not a application you can do to obtain one

I dont think you get one when you buy a front cut, the reason being the car has been declared scrap and not fit for road use.
