new motor maybe

im currently looking to get an alarm fitted

but i dont have centrel locking with the key it dont really work any more but when i press the button on the drivers door it locks both doors

would i need a new motor

When i got an alarm fitted to my car i needed a new actuator fitted in the door to control the locks on both doors.. hope this helps mate!

yeah the guy had to fit a switch so both doors lock. As if you try and lock the car via passenger side the driver side dont lock. then he added another 2 switches so my turbo timer works when i arm the alarm!
