You can get away with it fine until the first copper or camera sees you, then you'll not be getting away with it for very long LOL!!!

Good luck trying I gues it depends on the area you live but I did not have a front plate on for a few days after I had my new bumper fitted and got pulled every day :(

But I did ask at work and they said as long as its clearly visible in/on the front of the car it is fine.

Sorry I couldn't help it LOL!!!

Anyway if you are required to have a plate on the front by law, I can't see you getting away with it for very long, especially if you have either SPECS or TRUVELLO speed cameras over there as they record the front of the car, not the rear.

i got a motorcycle number plate on the front of mine far as i am conserned shouldnt matter cos speed camers etc only use the bac 1 mostly anyway ( i do have a proper sized 1 though just in case lol

Ya I've been getting away with the bike plate the 5-0 never passed any heed of it at checkpoints. Works in the nct(mot) too.

i did got away with no plate on front bumper for a week ,then the copper spots it and stopped me, i told him Sir i got the front bumper painted yesterday so the painter told me not to put plate for 2days and he actually let me off without even arguing.Worked for me:p

I got away with out for about 2months, even through check points! I got stung by the customs though!

just buy a spare one, crack it, and put it in the windscreen, can just say it fell off and you havent had a chance to get a new one yet

No way lad..

I had none for a few days after i fitted the fmic and then one night a guard pulled me over and made me get one straight away...

When a Guard meets you on the road one of the main things he looks for is a number plate :cops:

Get a sticker plate made up. thats the best way around it. Also the fine is over €1000 for having incorect plates, not worth it imo.
