Paid Member Pm Storage Changes

Hi all,

the limit on PM storage for paid members has been increased from 200 to 400.

this takes effect immediately.

lads we are going to be moving to a new home realll soon and it will allow us a lot more breathing space for things like this as we will have a lot of resources available to us.
