paint or not?

right currently got Volk te37's (bronze) on my car but when my last car had been sat for a long long time with them on theve got in a bit of bad state fading and after a car wash the paint has blemished a bit, so im thinking of refurbing them in a bright colour but really in two minds as im not sure i could go through with painting my lovely te37's let me know your thoughts :

Pick a leary colour and get photoshopping.

dont use volks in winter - nackers them up, as there magnesium, the salt on uk roads corrodes them, so even if you paint them, they will corrode again over time.

yeh id thought about getting them refurbed, but my goal with this starlet was a budget build (not as in cutting corners!!) as my last one cost me too much!
was thikning of a bright colour like dan or stu's, think there wheels looks lush...as for using them in the winter im pretty much stuck as its my only set of wheels, was offered a swap with a set of Toms c2's though...hmm
