Power failure!!!

Morning all!!!

In need of a little advise. Recently whilst driving, the 'lil Starlet has lost power and accelerator non-responsive for a couple of seconds, then bursts into life.
Yesterday, went to re start the car from school run and wouldn't start. After numerous attempts and battery fading, again burst into life.
Battery is fine, connection all fine – am I going with stater motor??

Generally a starter issue wouldn't cause lack of power whilst driving. That would make me think something else is the culprit. If you could run a diagnostic check and see if there are any fault codes lurking that might shed a little light.

might be your distributor check it

Along the same lines. The ignitor can lose spark if not properly earthed through the screws on the fire wall. Plus the screws should have have no rust on the threads.
