problem viewing youtube preview windows

as above, when i go on to youtube i can't actually see the individual windows picture(just can see a blue box) & just the text description...i know it something simple that i am over looking but what is it?

it's fully updated, can see preview windows on other sites just not youtube, unblocked popups too still nothing..
