Hi can anyone tell me what the fuse labled PTC on the fuse box cover in the engine bay is for? It is labled rated at 30A? It's missing on mine and wondering if it is necessary?
This is on my ep91 glandza V
Cheers

I've never been close enough to a Glanza to notice the fuse box cover, but generally a PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) fuse is a circuit breaker, when current flows through it the fuse heats up and it's resistance increases until it reaches a point where it's resistance prevents the flow of current and thus breaks the circuit.

I don't think there is any circuit in an EP91 that would use a PTC fuse, maybe you have a fuse box lid from an NP90 and the PTC fuse would protect the glow plug circuit??
