Put New Loom in and now Missfiring and dies as soon as it starts to get warm??

Replaced the whole of the loom in my 93 gt and rewired in the emu
Now it seems to be overfueling, missfiring and as soon as it warms up (around 5minutes running) it just dies...
it was running fine before putting the new loom in however ive changed spark plugs, coil pack and tried a new ecu...but cant imagine it being anything needing replacing seeing as it was fine before...
ANYONEEE?

check your map sensor/sensors wiring and the vacuums for them.

all seems alright, also replaced map sensor and made no difference

CTS? Have you gone back over the wiring, it could be tight in one spot.
