putting on muscle

Yes, steroids carry negatives effects, FACT, you can't ignore that, but its down the the user to ensure they have educated him/herself on the possible sides and ways to combat, reduce or deminsh the effects.

If someone wants to take steroids, thats their choice, they dont need people to preach to them the wrongs and rights, the same way I wouldnt expect someone on gear to preach to someone natural. If someone takes a compound without understanding the side effects and ways to combat or reduce them, then they're prats for doing it in the first place. Its like jumping in touring car when you've only done a lap of tesco's car park in your mums Matiz... you're going to end up crashing in a ball of flames.

Typical side effects such as gyno (lumps under the nipple area), water retention etc can be significantly reduced by running an AI (Aromatas Inhibitor), this will reduce the estrogen hormone to a 'normal' level.

High blood pressure, caused by the increase in cholesterol (cholesterol converts to testosterone) can be aided with celery, this reduces blood pressure significantly..however any healthy person running steroids (dependant upon doseage) should be able to maintain a stable blood pressure throughout the cycle.

Hair loss... this is a genetic factor, if you're going to lose your hair, its going to happen, steroids will just speed up this process.

'Roid Rage'... this depends on two facts a) the persons personality b) what they're running.
a) Steroids will inflate someones personality, if they are a big headed shlong to start with, then they'll think theyre god on cycle. However, you'll find most 'normal' people, have no noticeable personality trates whilst on cycle, infact alot people are more chilled out.

b) If they're running a compound such as 'tren' then this can cause an increase in aggression. Its one of the only compounds known to have direct personality altering effects. Again, it goes back to the education of the user and whether they feel theyre comfortable running it.

Crashing after a cycle... again this depends what theyve run. Alot of people dont run a PCT (post cycle therapy). Pct is ok for your normal run of the mill testosterone and oral cycles, however when you get on to mixing more complex compoounds such as deca/tren with testosterone, then a substance called HCG should really be run. HCG acts as LH (luteinizing hormone) and FSH, found in the pituatry gland, in short this gives the nuts a kick to start naturally producing tesosterone.

People take steroids for different reasons, alot because 'they wanna 'ave massive biceps, innit' and dont train theyre legs because people dont see them, others take them because they compete on stage or in powerlifting competitions. Others just want to generally improve the fitness and overall physique which wouldnt necessarily be possible with natural hormone levels.

Many people dont realise that the NHS prescribe the same steroids which are used in gyms around the country. A typical steroid used by the NHS for TRT (testosterone replacement theropy), quite common in middle aged men, is a blend of testosterone called 'Sustanon'. Its usually a blend of 4 esters (lengths of testosterone strands) which range from fast acting (prop 2-3day half life) and longer esters (enthanol/cyp/deca 3-4week half life). These are administered generally in 250mg/ml doses and are done on a fortnightly basis.

Steroids are also prescibed to people with HIV/Aids to prevent muscle deteriation caused by the disease, as well as recovering luikemia patients post bone marrow transplants in conjunction with HCG.

Dianabol... the most commonly used oral steroid, was originally invented by the americans to beat the russians/soviets in the olympics. When the use of steroids was discovered it was banned and made illegal in america purely on the basis of unfair advantage in sporting events.

Im not here to preach about this, steroids are dangerous, but so's running your car on a track day or having a tear up with someone. You take precautions as you would with anything in life. If more people were educated and took necessary precautions, then less people would suffer the consequences. However this isnt a perfect world, so can we all just agree to disagree and get along :)... Natural or Synethically assisted, we're all training for the same purposes in general

Anyway.. heavy compounds, low intensity training combined with complex carbs, good fats, high protein along with rest should result in good gains. However, low intensity training does take a strain on the body, so mix it up with a week of high intensity after a few week.

Steroids will dramatically increase the speed in which results are gained, however, educate yourselves first if you do ever decide to go down that route.

About 20mins or so

But who is it cheating? I agree its cheating if someone is running them in a natural competition, then yes, thats cheating. But someone who uses them in everyday life, they arent cheating any one, its personal choice. Some could say running gas is cheating, others will disagree... it all comes down to opinion

Jerry Springer stylee final thought:
As said in my above post, we all train for the same reason, assisted or not, what does it matter? One will grow faster than the other; the training and diets exactly the same regardless. Now lets put the handbags down and have a big group cuddle

I've read up on it and have been well educated on the effects and such. I find it amusing that the information you point me to is on a pro steriod related forum. of course those who take them will defend them black and blue, its like drug addicts saying legal substances are more harmful than those which are not.

The fact that more people have died from using steriods, bodybuilders, pro wrestlers and sportsmen looking for extrat performance should be a warning to anyone of the dangers. They are not all bad but like anything abusing them is.

Drawing a line without getting into a mass life story debate on it; you agree on them, I dont. Lets leave that one at that eh? :)

That's that debate over :)

So.....excercise tips then?

I would start off with some light training first to get the body used to movement and stress. Don't go loaidng up the dumbell thinking your going to be a ripped up hulk within a week or you just asking for an injury.

Why wouldnt i post something like that? i mean theirs thousands of steroid users on that site comparing their experiences first hand so ideally that is the only and best place to gain information not word of mouth on street or the papers when the odd one goes wrong because the twat has no idea about them and pumped anything into them

That is how they have such a bad rep because numptys who dont even research them say fuck it il horse this and that into me and not bother with any pct and they expect no problems to arise from them.

If you fully understand what they are what they do how to take them when to take them how to recover from them then you shouldnt have any problems.

As far as this whole "cheating idea" yeah they would be all very well in a competitive level but like i do not so who im i competing against to be cheating? Im not cheating myself as its a decision ive came to i trained natural for years and took my body genetically where it could be naturally.

and billybob talking about not satisfying your bird so you turn gay so how you satisfy the guy? pokey bum wanks? didnt think so.. What you need to know is actually on the gear you have more of a sex drive than ever your test levels are through the roof then when you come off your pct takes you back to normal. so when on the gear your missis will crave you to go back on
