if i do buy these i will buy both of them, but Im just after the drivers side one,is there anything major wrong with it or is it a fixable problem?

As you can see in the picture the drivers side one is the best one of them.
They're this cheap because of the passengers side one is missing the bracket and the thing on top has broken off.

As far as I know there is nothing wrong about them besides that.
