Question about head!

Hi everyone!, I've had an issue with my engine since the first time i turn it on, is not really an issue but i know something is not right, let me explain...
When on idle the car hesitates a lot, but the revs doesn't move neither up or down, it varies a little bit but is almost imperceptible. I posted that sometime ago, and someone suggested that it could be the valve shims or something like that, because when i run it, it runs fine, no issues at all, is only when is on idle... and the engine is some kind of a noisy one, but as I've been reading here, these engines suffer from that.

Here's a little video i film a while ago,

You need to pay close attention because it was shoot with my phone, so audio quality is crap.:p

So, the thing is, i'm gonna port and polish the head soon, so i want to check the head while is out and change whatever it needs to change (valves, springs, shims, etc.), my question is, does this head uses the same valves, shims that the 5efe uses??? if not, where i can get all those parts (in my country they never imported starlets so is really difficult to get those type of parts for the 4efte specifically).

I was thinking that maybe one of the shims isn't propertly sealing and maybe that why on idle my car behaves like that, what do you guys think???

i gotta add that when i bought the engine, the timing belt was stuck with some plastic part of the cover, i heard that this engine is a non-interference engine, is that right??? also, one day when i was in the highway the "new" timing belt i had snap. Could this have damage the head?? ANDDDD, when my mechanic installed the timing belt the first time it skipped a teeth and then they installed wrong, at the end a bunch of stuff. But the car now is running fine, is just got that idle problem i want to resolve.:p

it's possible the timing is out.

or maybe damage occured when the belt snapped.

also has the head or cams ever been off?

The timing is spot on... i think, i took the car to check the timing with a timing light, and i supposed the cam timing is ok. Head and cams never been off.
