question about k24

I bought a blitz k24 turbo for my ep82 a while ago. It was second hand out of japan and had been rebuilt as part of the price, I got it after they had finished
rebuilding it and when I got it the plate that had all the details of the turbo i.e. indentification and model number and all was gone. I didn't really think much of it because it had the triangle with the 3 Ks in it. Anyway getting to the point, I've been looking at K24 turbos on the internet since buying mine and each one has been liquid cooled whereas mine isn't. just looking to see if anyone would know why that is. Cheers :)

Dan_EP82 has a Blitz K24 and that's oil cooled only. He'll have some more info, best to ask him mate !

well if its been reconditioned then the plate would have been removed for that so they can blast the compressor cover back to a good finish.

there are lots of k24 variations, if you had the proper identification number i could investigate for you tommorow, but that would be on the tag thats removed!
