Has anyone got a picture of a standard actuator?? Just curious as mine has or had a sticker on it and I'm not sure if it's aftermarket . And also I have a jan DVD but the t@&£t ( nice felow )who owned before me cut the wires close to the fcd box and obviously don't work is this easy to rewrite at all or is this useless...

When you say "has or had" does it currently have a sticker on it that you can see and read? The JAM actuators look standard'ish.

Well it did have one on it around the base of the actuator... But I peeled it off as if wa hanging off.. Just reasons me to believe I have one as I'm hitting fuel cut with just a decat and full system and the previous owner had the Fcd on so makes me believe there's more things on the car which is majing it hit it...

What boost do you see in your gauge?

Anyways if you are hitting fuel cut then its more than 0.8bar.

Still have the fcd? Which make is it?

Il check I'm now driving, well I parked up now. It's a jam one. That's the thing I know fuel cut is over 0.8 but I mean it's got a standard ecu and Mani, it's weird.. I mean my gauge has hit .8 before I think

Floored my car on way to work today and it only creeped just over .65 bar... Which is standard hi boost. But I sometimes have hit fuel cut.. But why would there be a fcd on there if it only hits it rarely??

If theres a FCD in the system, then chances are either A, its not working or B it isn't setup correctly. It sounds like its doing you a favour unless you have fueling mods to support running over 0.8 bar if your getting creep. But don't go hitting fuel cut too often as it can cause damage.
If you have a JAM actuator I'm pretty sure they are preset to run 1 bar.

Might as well get a FPR mate and get it running upto 1 bar and get it tuned correctly using the FCD and FPR :)
