Quick but speific question, please help.

Does anyone know the return voltage from the MAP sensor to the ECU under:
boost?
on idle?
and under negative vacuum?

Varies from car to car for idle, and varies depending on how much boost and negative vacuum its reading.

It only reads 1.2 bar boost max, if you have access to a foot pump you can connect the map sensor hose to the pump with an airbed adaptor and give it 1.2 bar pressure with the pump. Then you can measure the sensor output voltage.
