You removed the pressure switch on the PSF corner when you were removing the pipes. Retrieve it from the old pipes and plug it back into the connector. You should tuck it up out of the way to stop it rattling about. Your cooling fan will operate properly again now.

I found out something realy strange tonight I removed my aircon and my fan used to run constant so I bridged the connector and my fan stopped.

But now when I put my heater fan on my radiator fan comes on!

That's something I've never heard tell of..

I'll give it a try when we build the white GT in the yard up. Just out of interest.

I agree ive never heard of it either.

I switched the heater fan on number 1 and I heard a fan come on, so I turned it off and back on and heard it again, so I opened the bonnet and clicked the switch on and off and law and behold the fan comes on and off by the switch!

Ill have a look tomorrow when its light it cured the fan running constantly though so they must be the right ones.

I am quite happy about it tbh I normally put the heaters on if I am in traffic to keep the engine cool but now the fan comes on too extra cooling! :)

Ps Dave any news on those TRD bushes quite desperate now mate.
