If you get the bulb out, take it to your local motor factors, it wont be anything special.

Years back I took my GT glow badge to a local graphics shop and had them repaint the green GT with the silver border. It worked/looked fine for 3 years or so until the paint started to show faint cracks when lit.

You can easily strip the panel down and get the GT badge section re-painted. I have done 2 now (one on each ep ive owned!) and just takes a little time and care.

If you want to know more PM me and i can talk you through it?

Cheers

there a special bulb, i was told toyota had discontinued them, but with the part number i went in. an they ordered me 2 but they had too be ordered from belgium funny enuf, was £3.95 each i beleive. no local motor factors had seen a bulb like it before.

im sure theres a way too convert it too a normal led but best off keepin it oem.
