Rear spindle question - GT turbo

Hello, im just wondering if the spindle can be bolted off and replaced with another? My spindle got messed up by a dodgy mechanic. He tried shaving it down to fix it now my wheel is a bit loose when driving so I just wanted to know if it can be replaced? I got a new wheel bearing and stuff just need the spindle, im guessing it can be replaced by taking the 4 bolts out?

He did you dirty there Buddy happened to my Rep years ago too, I just got an axl of Jay and swapped it over.

Do i need to change the whole axle? The spindle can’t be replaced do ya know?

Not even sure where you would get 1, I've never came across anyone just changing a spindle.

I thought id just unscrew the 4 bolts but i had a look around and people are saying its all one piece. Ill have to get the whole axle, cheers for the help!

Unfortunately that's part of the axle from what I'm aware. The four bolts just hold the end brackets on.

Can get damaged by heat, impact or a combination of the two.
