Removing Manifold??

Is it difficult to remove the mani??
Eg. Is there much of a risk in shearing or rounding the nuts on the manifold!

Im thinking of putting a stainless steel one on!!

theres always a chance the studs will snap or nuts round off just wd40 them up and dont be in a rush ive never had problems doing it above link to thread will come in very usefull.!

the only bolts that gave me a problem were the ones in the heat shield.

when removin make sure the car has been sittin for a while and everythin is cold cos the bolts tend to snap with the heat

Lol!! Thats why I asked cos I went to remove the heat sheild and nearly rounded a bolt! I thought to myself how tight would the bolts in the mani be!!

The bolts for the mani are thicker than the crap ones for the heat shield.
Just make sure you have a good spanner set so you dont round any heads.
