should easily be as good as the rxy cooler in my opinion. it definitely flows better than a stock one as you can feel the throttle response is a bit sharper with it fitted.
if it flows too well it wont alloy the intake charge to be cooled so well, maybe that could be it? wouldnt have thought the arc cooler would have sucha design flaw though being so well designed and especially because of the cost of it
no idea mate. going front mount soon so wont have the worry anyway. just gotta get all the bits together. would have thought my front mounted air intake would have cooled things a bit but it doesnt really. turbo glows red hot and the cooler is more of a heater after a quick thrash!
I plan on sticking something on the back of the cooler so when air comes through the bonnet scoop it can go nowhere else but down and through the cooler. Cannae wait!
this is just something i have heard not sure if it is true but the intercoolers off one off the trucks like an l200 is supposed to fit and work well, any one else know i have never looked under the bonnet.
lol @ intercooler with a fan only time it heats up is when you drive, and its getting anirflow then anyway haha
and if yo need to "cool" it when not really moving (ragging it in 1st constantly/burnouts or whatever) then shame on you, not to mention that fan is waaaay to small lol
