Search function

Can anybody tell me how to search this site for terms like 'ecu', 'oem', 'jdm', etc ???

These are all useful to search for but for some weird reason, the search feature doesn't like short words...

Thanks - I do sometimes use this, but it is very limited since it can't search specific forums only the entire site (as far as I know). For example, earlier I wanted to search the "for sale" section for an "oem ecu" and neither Google or this forum seem to be able to manage it... :(

Is it possible that a moderator could change one of the forum settings to allow short words?
