silicone hoses 90 deg elbow reducers

from where can i order the sizes i want pls? as they seem to be difficult to source them in sizes i need. i want 51mm to 57mm (Hybrid CT9 inlet) and 51mm to 68mm (Apexi air filter) both 90 deg elbows. any help will be appreciated. i need them for my air filter relocation kit

anyone confirm me the exact size of Apexi air filter intake please? i measured it while ago and seems to be around 67-68mm i think (not have access right now to measure it again), does a 70mm do the job and tight well? cause 70mm is the next size available after 64mm.
