corofin12345 Member + Aug 3, 2010 #5 drill a hole in the center or the broken plug and screw a bolt into it and twist off.. i spot welded the bolt i screwed in and came off no bother.. be carefull not 2 round the threads on the sump itself

A andybill Member + Aug 3, 2010 #6 same happened to me, i overtightened it. hammer and a small sharp chisel did the job, pain in the arse tho wont do that again !
