hi,

im gona build a forged engine,
ross pistons
pauter rods,
new speedvisions,Hybrid Td04, kit, Fmic
and more parts,

but the fueling, i also got an blitz access mapped for an bigger turbo.
can i use this?> Save?

and what sise injectors i need? i was thinking around 360cc
and running around 20-21 Psi?

an Fpr, and do i need a other Fuel pomp, like a walbro.? 255lph?
or can i hold my stock fuel pomp.

i wanna Fuel my car right. i know there are remapped ECU, and tuners who do this, but i wanna hold my blitz access,

i hope u guys can give me some information, i have use the search button
But wanna know something more,

the blitz access wont be able to handle the bigger injectors well mate, and you should be looking at 440cc injectors at least with a hybrid,

also the blitz access is tuned for jdm spec high octane fuel, and you will get far from the perfect tune with it.

although the ecu adjusts itself slightly, it doesnt adjust itself anywhere near enough.

you will be much better off with a piggyback ecu at the very list.

you will need a higher flow fuel pump, a supra 2jzz is a popular one, or a walbro fuel pump, whatevers easiest for you to get hold of really.

Wouldn't the Blitz adjust itself enough in addition with bigger injectors and raised fuel pressure so that It still runs with a safe A/F ratio?

Lifer
no,

you can adjust the afr's with the fuel regulator but when spending that amount of money to forge an engine, it really isnt worth cutting corners is it.

do it once do it right.

You can use this in conjunction with a piggyback system like the Emanage Ultimate, or anything similar. Running the Access on its own will not fuel at 20-21 psi.

For the boost you are planning on running, for safety i would use a minimum of 440cc, the 360 mabey a bit touch an go.

For safety sake buy either a new standard pump, or you could go with the Walbro unit, which will propably be cheaper!

ok thanks mate,
But can i maybe still drive slow in the begin, and search a good piggyback
or use in the begin a APEXi SAFC II ? to drive save for some time.

The problem is, i don't know any tuners here in the netherlands who can remap it, and no one got the experience, with the 4efte engine, to mapping a piggyback, there in Uk are plently of Ep82, and experience to tune it.

What Piggyback will be a good one? and price's, i need a harnass too then?
And how can i remapped, by who?
i hope u understand me:p

im sure that somewhere in netherlands someone can map ur piggyback ECU mate.

My opinion is to go straight forward for a Emanage ultimate or a APEXi PowerFC, top ecus and very reliable.

yes, but obviously not at high boost

Nobody can remap the stock or blitz ecu's, other than people in japan

isn't megasquirt popular in your country? no one uses it over here but its always best to use the popular system. i suggest searching for a local tuner to you, and go see him and have a chat and see what he says, just by talking to the tuner you will be able to tell whether he is trustworthy enough or not to tune your car

Well do you have a boost controller?? If so Im sure you could run it safely at low boost on the blitz access ECU until you get a remappable one. Everyone says good things about the e-manage ultimate so I would go for that but running at low boost should give you time to save for it.
As for remapping it im sure there will be someone in the netherlands who is able to map a e-manage ultimate as they are very popular piggyback ECU for alot of cars.

Thanks mate,
When my engine is finished i will go running at low boost, to save some time and money, and search for a good piggyback, and tuners here,
what boost will be recommed to run save with 440cc injectors, fpr?
and the blitz access for some time. like 13-15 PSI?

BTW i appreciate the help guys :)

you would be best off leaving the stock injectors, and running the td04 hybrid at 0.8 bar, this will still provide very good power, and the blitz access will be able to cope with this,

just get your afr's checked when it's up and running

as i read this right(between the lines),
you want to tune but it musn't cost that much.

with the advise above it can run safe indeed, some better high end power.
you only need to controle yourself not to tuoch your boost controler, until you get fueling right.

why set a piggy fuel on a remapped ecu?
if you whant to keep it, get the setup it was designed for.

i want to do it good, but the problem is,
the planning forged engine was for a later moment,
But i crack the 3th piston, so i want to forged it now,
But dont got the total money for piggyback etc.
i will go drive as ricky said, at 0,8 bar with the access,
and later on search for a good piggyback.

i got an question more.>
how can i do the cilinder head, work? how can i clean it?
i can sand blasted it, at my work, will that works?
and reslave the valve's check clearance,

You wan to port and polish mate (if yes i can share a little guide)?or just cleaning? sand blast help only for the outside part. And only if your sandblaster has small particles sand.

yea if you will do that make a little guide i will be very happy :)

i want both, clean it, and port and polish, i got very small sand so thats no problem, but i need to remove all the sand good when finished, thats my problem do more ppl it?

i hope u will make a nice guide, :p
