Hi peeps,

been giving a replacement handset until mu upgrade, its the new sony experia x10. new too this sort of phone so need some help with it. looked on website but cant find what i want so thought post here an some one must know a thing or 2 about them

1st thing i wanna know is the swipe feature, too unlock the phone. when i saw another one it was swipe (with thumb) from bottom left of screen, up an too the right. mine is just across from left too right. so just curious on how i would change that.

2nd. when typing a message, its gota keyboard layout. the problem is that the predicitive text changes it, even tho im pressin the exact letter needed. so for example when i try am put "im" it changes too "in". i wanna be able too just type with this not changin so how do i go about turning that predictive rubbish off. its not the usual turn off button like on previous phones ive had.

can anyone assist me with this please.

thanks
