Spark plug help

I need some new spark plugs for my Glanza. It hasn't had much done to it engine wise, cat back Apexi exhaust, TRD ignition leads and I think thats it. Which plugs are best to go for and what heat range should I get?

Also what size socket do I need to remove them?

ngk irridium heat range 6 or 7

i cant remember what size the socket is . . . . . 14 springs to mind though

I've seen 16mm and 10mm mentioned but dont know which to buy. Also will there be any difference in heat range 6 to heat range 7?

car will run fine with either but if you intend to up your boost and power in the future i would go with 7's -

it is deffo not a 10 lol
