Stock inlet track fitting

Can anyone give me some advice on fitting the stock inlet pipe as i have a new one because the old one broke were the dump valve is? Any instructions on fitting the pipe would be kool?

Rad off, dump valve off, two bolts to the bracket on the head, jubilee clip onto the blower.

It's pretty self explanatory.

Just work from one end of the pipe to the other, unbolting everything that it fastens to.

You do have to wiggle them out though dude.

you can get it off with the rad on, but it will be more difficult

what sort of clip is on the bottom of the pipe? would it be easier to jack the car up ?

Its best done from the top.

THe clip on the turbo is a jubilee.

Then its not that tight

EP82 = Jubilee clip (10mm)
EP91 = Spring clip (complete bastard spec)

You might get better access by jacking up the car, removing the lower covers and going in from below. Just depends on the angle of the clip.
