Strange problem

Hey guys,i've had a walbro fuel pump and a sard fuel pressure regulator in my car for a while now and it worked perfect.Recently i observed that wen the car goes under boost ,the fuel pressure drops .Then one day the pump sounded real loud in the tank.I then removed it and put in a new walbro but when i connected the power wire ,it was dropping the overall voltage of the car and blowing the efi fuse after about 20 second .I ran a seperate relay to power up the pumpo and it started working but still loosing pressure under boost. I tried this pump in a turbocharged subaru forester and it worked perfect. After about 10 mile of no boost driving the pump started to get loud again and loosing fuel pressure to the point where the car didnt even want to climb a slight incline.Still having the ralay on i then used a pump from a toyota mark2 which has a 1jz engine in it .the pump is working but the fuel pressure is still dropping .I the changed the regulator to a fuel lab regulator with the same problem then another sard(new) and still the same problem. Can someone please help me as i am at my wits end whit this.:(
