Im just your man i wrote off my clio wen i was 19 into a parked car all sorted through the insurance no problem then all of a suddun i gota court summons for the same as you. Went there sat there for 5 hours went in they looked at the evidence asked my thoughts, they all whispered at each then gave me 6 points and £240 fine muthafucker!!!! And all lasted about 10mins in the court room, left paid the fine and they had my paper document to update it. Luckily cd10 is a really low code my insurance only went up by £100 so all wasn't too bad.
How come you got summoned?

well like they told me when they pulled me in that when i drove by the roundabout i never looked and kept going,so like obviously the judge is gonna ask me this but what other stuff will they say???

ive got a court summons too, for speeding, i got flashed and just ignored the letters. now i gotta go court!

If there was only one copper that pulled you over then denie every bloody thing! Say you pulled over looked etc etc, "you have no idea what hes talking about"

If there was more then one then im not sure, what exactly did you do, in a bit of detail? Did you approach roundabout very fast and just pull stright out when cars were coming towards you?

was coming up to the roundabout,2 cars were on it and left,on the other side of the r-b there was a taxi which was approching it i looked left and right slowed down a bit,seen there was nothing on it so i went straight on,using my indicators,i didnt c the coppers untill i got of the roundabout

sounds like what everybody does to be honest!lol

was the guard on his own?if he was denie it..but!..more than likely the judge will take the guards side 9/10

a friend of mine got 6 points and 600euro fine. but that was for doing a doughnut! hopefully you'll get off lighter.

i got 4points and a £500 fine for this. absolute fucking bollocks. For driving around the roundabout too fast lmao!

I dont see how you can complain, when you went through a speed camera, obviously too fast. Then you ignored the letters.. what did you think would happen? Unless the camera was faulty, then you should have spoke up straight away about it.
