Suspension and tracking problems

Sce changing my suspension for the tein springs whenever i drop off a speed hump i get a loud bang. not sure why everything seems tight and ok.

Also my tracking was a bit out afterwards so had it done but its still pulling to the right, any ideas what itcould be, Thanks

ive seen before when tracking is off the tyres can go into a new "pattern" and when the tracking is sorted the tyres will still want to pull the way they were used to - hope you can understand what im trying to say! hard to explain..
