Adjust your ride height first... that is pretty simple.
Or if you are happy with how the car sit now, then that is done.
Take it to a garage... they don't need to touch the damping.
They can adjust the camber and toe like any other car... no difference weather it is on coilovers or not.
Then after that... drive a piece of road that you know... and adjust the damping until you are comfortable and confident with the handling.
That is all there is to it... don't need to pay any more or make anything more complicated than necessary.
