Tacho signal

any one know where to pick up a tachograph signal from ?
need to wire in an aftermarket rev counter, instructions just say "car specific" !!

I think it refers to the RPM signal of the ECU. Just splice into the RPM signal wire.

You will find it at the diagnostics plug and trace it through the loom from there. It comes into the cab in the middle of the bulkhead where the ecu is mounted, comes up the right side of the center console and into the instrument cluster.

just done the same on my friends cynos rev counter will need positive, negative, light switch and rpm signal, the rpm signal i got waz from the coil
