Td04 help pls!!!!!!!!!!

hello,

i have a toyota starlet ep 82, Iam interested in installing a TD 04, I want to know what will i have to upgrade eg....fuel pump ect

i already have A DECAT DOWNPIPE,
POWERFLOW BACK BOX,
INDUCTION KIT,
DUMP VALVE,
COOL AIR FLOW PIPE,

what will i need to upgrade if i get a TD04 installed and can i remap the car to stage 2? if so what benefits and non benefits will the stage 2 remappin give me.... thankyou for all your help TOYOTA BROTHERS!!!!

Ulll need to get fpr, fcd and front mount intercooler

you need to find out what your using it for you can run a td04 at about 1bar safely on standard internals but its going to be laggy compared to a ct9

forged engines can take the extra boost and then the benefits of a td04 are better for half the price you could run the ct9 at the same 1bar with the advantages such as spool up ect

if you still thinking on the lines of a td04 you will need fuel pump 255lph min, rising rate fuel pressure regulator, fuel cut defender, front mount intercooler with costom pipe work for the td04 turbo, td04 mani, td04 decat, new oil/water lines ect thats just for basic setup

your talking a g easy man for the parts alone to get it working

whats a spool up and where can i get t done from?the td 04 sound like quiet alot of headache! shall i do a stage to remap? what will it do my bro keepz bugin me to do it lol

spool up is the amount of time it takes the turbo to reach the boost you have it set to. i.e. a ct9 turbo will hit 1 bar of boost quicker than a TD04 would

There needs to be a sticky for a basic TD04 setup, this is probably the 3rd one i've seen this week!!
