TD04 help

Hi Guys,

I've taken a cursory on the t'internet and also had a search on this forum about the things needed for a TD04 conversion but have been able to find anything conclusive so i thought i'd ask the question..... What excatly do i need to add the TD04 turbo to my new glanza?

manifold
downpipe
oil and water lines
FMIC with piping to suit
actuator or external wastegate
civic half size radiator if the manifold doesnt fit with the standard radiator
piggy back or standalone ecu or fcd + rrfpr if turning the boost above fuel cut
