u can rotate it but it alot of messin about i hav a spare rotated ct9 that i did myself but still need a bracket for relocating the actuator a problem u face with rotating all turbos

Yes you can, but a ct9 has flange and not a pipe to attach the the turbo.

And also I'd be double checking the clearence on the manifold to be honest! As I know my wepr set up won't fit a tmic regardless!

I've had a TMIC on a TD04, and well thanks to the hood vent I was able to survive, however I only kept the TMIC for a month or so, then I switched to FMIC. TMIC is shit indeed, FMIC FTW! if I were you, I would try to invest in a nice FMIC and save yourself the trouble and or risk.
