Ok thanks for the advice do you no if the original coolent feed and return lines will fit the td04 turbo or will I have to modify them to fit??
You'll need new coolant lines, you can get them from your local motor factor's. Thinks its 10 or 15mm but i could be wrong, bring the turbo in to be sure as i can't remember.
You can use the original oil return line but it'll be a bodge job and more than likely leak as the TD04 oil return pipe is larger than the CT9 and you'll have to squeeze it on.
The oil feed will have to be a braided line with the proper connectors due to the pressure.
Speedvision are still doing the kits i think.

You shouldn't need an adjustable actuator as the original TD04 actuators are adjustable. Once the turbo is rotated though the actuator won't line up and your left with two options.
1. Use 1 bolt instead of two.
2. Get a custom bracket made up
If I was you I'd get the bracket made up as I had alot of problems using the 1 bolt method.
You'll need a better clutch aswell if your going to run 1bar of boost,an oem or 30%+ one will shit itself (I broke 2 while waiting for my paddle clutch to arrive)
I used this kit

Never had a problem, held very well at 223bhp
Also you'll need to modify your FMIC piping (you'll need extra samco) and the efi pipe will no longer fit so you will need custom front mount Air filter
You can check my garage, alot of the info is in there
