I'm using motul 5w40 100% synthetic.... here in Costa Rica we are @ 25 degrees Celsius
Witch oil brand is good? I prefer synthetic...Try 10w 50 or 15w 50
Will try mobil 1

Thank you to those that replied.
I got a spare PCV valve today off a 4e and put it on and so far no smoke in the garage !
Will have to take it out on the street on the weekend and test
Pretty happy right now.
The valve itself was blocked and not allowing air to flow through.
I read about the td04's(& tf's) will dump any excess out out the exhaust if there is too much oil pressure.
I guess this was the issue in my case, too much pressure build up in the engine as there is no need for a oil restrictor unless your running ball bearings.
But... I dont know... WHAT to do... :/
Stick with MOTUL but find 10W or 15W, do NOT use 5W - it's for the cold climate. Fuchs is one of the best in my opinion, if you can find it in your area.
I would not use MOBIL 1 or Castrol.

And now I bought a new turbo a td04hl-19T and is smoking too.... so, I dont think is the turbo.
