i wouldn't do more than a bar bud make sure you get the fuelling checked,me personally would get rid of your mines ecu and buy a emanage, dastek, pfc etc.as those mines, blitz access, etc are all prerogrammed for different specs, and you can't really do much with them granted you'll remove fuel/speed cut,but for the money people charge for them you could have got a emu and probably mapped for that money, regards to the injectors standard will be fine for a bar

The stock injectors will only flow up 150whp, after that you're on thin ice. As for your ECU it doesn't know what size injectors you use, nor does it care. It pulses injectors at a specific duty cycle. Lets say the maximum is 80% then stock injectors 295 x .8 = 236cc. A 430cc would just be operated at 80% as well = 344cc. Therefore you would need something to trim the ECU's duty cycle to match your AFR and fuel consumption like an emanage.

nah disagree with ye there ..my car is running 1.1 bar on a td04 with standard injectors and when chris mapped it said there was still a bit to go if needed, powerwise i must be running a good 220 +bhp at the fly so must be about 180-190 whp!!!

1: Are you using any other fuel upgrades?
2: What octane fuel are you using?
3: What is the duty cycle of the injectors?

1.up rated fuel pump(which is the norm when upping power)
2.either shell optimax or tesco momentum
3.dunno car was live mapped by chris carson and i was driving and eager to get home not to mention i got nabbed by the rozzers for speeding whilst getting mapped..but that is another story
4.as above...sorry.
But there are loads of people on the site running td04's on standard injectors at a bar with no issues...

1 bar Td04 would be around 200hp

When i had my Mines ECU i run 1.1 bar on the TD04 and it fueled great. TBH i wish i never sold it as the car has never went aswell scince :(

BUT id rather know what ignition is in the thing, as i know they run silly ammounts in them.

No one here uses stock injectors when running a td04. I do not recommend anyone using the stock injectors, even with a fpr or a larger pump. The factory pump is fine at that power level, its injector sizing that is key. The SAFC can be used but I'd recommend against using it with stock injectors as well.

i'm just running a standard fpr, only thing uprated is fuel pump, you could use the safc and rrfpr with your neo and run it at a bar like that, and sell yer mines and get a mappable ecu...but then again rory has experinced both ...but really depends what kind map that mines has as long as you get it all checked on the rollers you should be fine but yes the stock injectors will fuel fine for 1 bar td04...

And they wonder why they have problems compared to us here in JA, or believe that they have to go forged. Anyway, to each their own. My recommendation is to fit larger injectors and use the SAFC to trim down fuel. All the best.

i know what your saying hardcoreep,in a ideal world run bigger injectors, but if your on a budget and not intending going over a bar then standard injectors are fine;)
