Tdo4 oil line screw hole !?

On my TD04 turbo oil line connect screw entry side hole looks to small and single!! Is it should be like this?

I was thing make it little bit bigger..

Does look quite small ...was it workin before ive got mine off just now can take

yes thats correct, some td04's came with a banjo bolt with a pin hole.

The ball bearing turbos use a smaller oil hole in the banjo bolt to restrict flow, as to much oil wrecks them. A journal bearing turbo relies on the oil to float the shaft on so it needs a bigger hole.

What turbo is it you are using, can you post a pic of the serial number off the compressor housing?
