Payment:
PayPal or bank wire transfer are accepted forms of payment. All purchases must be made in full before shipping. customer is liable for any PayPal or
bank fees. Fees are generally included in quotations unless otherwise specified by WEPR.
Returns:
it is the customers responsibility to check compatibility before ordering. Only unused, intact, undamaged merchandise with all components and hardware
will be Authorized for return (subject to inspection and approval by WEPR). Returns on any custom made parts are non-refundable (eg: custom manifold,
down pipes, intercoolers, etc). Returns will not accepted prior to authorization by WEPR.
Warranty:
All manifolds fabricated by WEPR carries a life time warranty to the original purchaser against manufacturer defects/failures.any alterations to the
product will void the warranty, no exceptions. Life time warranty does not cover abuse,accidents, coating, fire damage, crash damage, improper installation and
improper component fitment, etc.
All other fabrication products manufactured in house by WEPR carries a 1 year limited warranty. The one 1 year warranty covers manufacturer
defect/failures. Any modification to WEPR parts will void the warranty, no exceptions. 1 year limited warranty does not cover abuse,accidents, coating,
fire damage, crash damage, improper installation and improper component fitment, etc.
turbochargers supplied by WEPR are subject to manufacturer warranty. No labor or "Inconvenience" may be included in any warranty claims. In most cases, WEPR
will require your proof of purchase (PayPal transaction number or bank wire transfer details) and detail photographs of the product. in some cases
you maybe be require to return the product to WEPR for inspection before any warranty claims are authorized.
Off road use:
All parts manufactured or supplied by WEPR is intended for off-road/race use. Federal or state law may not allow the use of such parts. Hence it is the
customers responsibility to check compatibility before purchasing. vehicles modified with performance parts may no longer be legal on public roads.
Back orders and manufacturing time:
WEPR usually requires 2-4 weeks to fabricate orders and ship if items are not in stock. this time scale is liable to change without prior notice
depending on our work load. Custom or one-off orders maybe take longer to manufacture.
Shipping:
WEPR ships daily with the following carriers: Skynet, FedEX & UPS. Direct signature maybe be required for orders over $100usd. Any duties, taxes, tariffs
and brokerage fees is the sole responsibility of the customer and is not included in any shipping costs or quotations. Refusing a shipment that is sent
back to WEPR does not automatically constitute the right to refund,credit or exchange.
All merchandise leaving WEPR is inspected and certified to be complete and free from any damage and packed adequately and carefully. WEPR responsibility
for a shipment ceases when the carrier accepts the shipment. WEPR will not take responsibility for loss or damage in transit, no exceptions. it is the customers
responsibility to inspect the package in the presence of the carrier before signing and file any or all claims from the carrier. WEPR will not initiate any claims
with the carrier.If any documentation is required by the customers to claim with the carrier, WEPR will provide them to help the customer with their claim. If customer wishes to
take an insurance policy on the shipment prior to shipping, WEPR will provide any documents/invoice required to the customer.
Installation of Products:
WEPR recommends installation of all parts done by a trained professional or authorized WEPR dealer. Improper installation may result in failure or
damage and WEPR will not take responsibility for such installations. when an item is sent to manufacturer (for items made by other manufacturer's) for
warranty claim, WEPR will not provide a replacement. It is the manufacturer's discretion whether they will replace the item, or not.
Miscellaneous:
It is the customers responsibility to read these terms & agreements prior to ordering. If a customer is unsure about any of the terms, it is their
responsibility to inquire about them. Prices and pictures of products are subject to change without prior notice.
