TGTT.com Munster Go-Kart grand Prix July 2009

This is basically a gauging interest for a Meet/Go-Kart Grand Prix in watergrasshill Co. Cork. Prices are yet to be worked out but it shouldn't be too steep.

What we can do is have a member plus 3 or 4 friends if you want and we can set up a Grand Prix with trophies the works and Maybe a BBQ. i was thinking around May time but i'm open to suggestions.

Obviously i would need a deposit off of each member plus who ever else they would like to attend.

As always any messing going to, at or after this will not be tolerated.

Thank you for your inquiry, yes we have plenty of time avalaible for the 30th may to do a gp event.The cost for this type of event is 50 euro per person, you would need to have a min of 14 drivers and a max of 24 if you all want to drive together, with a max of 24 driving this event would take 1 hour to complete.With regards to a BBQ we would not be able to supply this as it is a saturday and is our busiest day of the week however we do have our pitstop restaurnt open at the weekends, we could organise finger food for your group or a sit down meal with our restaunt menu. On our menu we have the following that we can offer you:

Burgers
paninis
all day breakfasts
chicken gougans
fish goujans
sandwiches

To make a booking with us we will need the following information:

Contact Name

Contact Number

Amount of drivers

Session time

Session type

Credit card number to securr the booking.

Our cancellation policy is once a booking is make you must canel a min of 4 days prior to your booking otherwise your card would be bebited 50% of the total cost.
