well iv just been in the quarter mile section and there are starlets that have been in the 11's and 12's so i cant see any reason why they wont be competitive

Dont get me wrong, i would like to see a TGTT.com team in TOTB.
But from an organizers point of view, i cant see it happen, due to having only 1 Starlet in the UK break a 12 sec 1/4 mile.

great idea and if anything goes wrong someone in the carpark will have the part because everyone will arrive in there starlets

to all
last year a couple of people asked about using the DOT marked road legal Hoosier drag tyres. these have been accepted at Santa Pod and Avon park for the street legal road class. one of our team applicants has asked if these will be accepted this year, and in principle i cant see why not if we bring it to the attention of all teams/reps in good time and get an agreement sorted. details and a picture of the tyre in question are in the email below.
